2. Service Terms

ResellerSMM services shall be used exclusively for the purpose of promoting users' social media accounts and enhancing their "Visibility."

ResellerSMM does not guarantee interaction from new followers; our sole commitment is to deliver the specified number of followers purchased by the user.

While ResellerSMM endeavors to ensure that all accounts have a profile picture, complete biography, and uploaded images, a 100% guarantee cannot be provided.

Users shall not upload any content to the ResellerSMM website that is obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate for the social media community.

Users shall not knowingly exploit the ResellerSMM system, including but not limited to gaining unauthorized advantages, exploiting system speed, or utilizing any other system vulnerabilities in a manner inconsistent with the intended use of the website's features or the purchase of services.

Should a user change their username, password, email address, or any other mandatory account information, the system will automatically suspend operation until the user logs in again and restarts the system. Any period of system inactivity resulting from such changes will not be added to the user's license duration.

Refunds will not be provided for orders placed for private accounts. Users are responsible for ensuring their account is set to public before placing an order.

ResellerSMM assumes no responsibility for users' actions and their consequences, including but not limited to account or page suspension, or content removal. No refunds or compensation will be issued in such instances.

ResellerSMM shall not be held liable if user accounts are suspended or terminated for any reason.

ResellerSMM is provided as a tool to facilitate automated processes for the convenience of users. Spamming and any violation of applicable laws are strictly prohibited. ResellerSMM reserves the right to block any adult-oriented or legally prohibited content without prior notice.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded. ResellerSMM guarantees the delivery of the services purchased by the user.

Refund Policy

1. Partial refunds may be issued if an order is marked as "Completed" but was not fully executed.
2. Full refunds may be issued if an order has not commenced within 5 days of placement.

2. Disputes / Chargebacks

1. By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against ResellerSMM for any reason. For refund inquiries, please contact our support team via email at admin@resellersmm.com or WhatsApp.

In the event that a dispute or chargeback is initiated after a deposit, ResellerSMM reserves the right to terminate all future orders and ban the user from our site. Additionally, ResellerSMM reserves the right to retract any followers or likes delivered to the user's or their clients' social media accounts.

Orders placed on ResellerSMM are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once submitted. In the event that an order is undeliverable, a refund credit will be issued to the user's ResellerSMM account.

Orders placed for incorrect or private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Users are responsible for verifying all order details before submission.

Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in the immediate termination of the user's account without exception.

Users are advised not to utilize more than one server simultaneously for the same social media page, as this may result in inaccurate follower/like counts. Refunds will not be issued for orders placed under such circumstances. Please exercise caution.

Most of our services commence instantly; however, a few services may require 24-48 hours for delivery. If your service is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance. Our support team is available for 18 hours per day.
